6 Q: Can I rent a canoe, or sailboat from the club ?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer a single event rental, however we do have a Fleet program where you can join and use a club canoe or sailboat for the entire year.

For Fleet sailboat use you must have either a CYA verifiable certification or do a check-out with an instructor to determine skill level.  There is a fee charged for the check-out.  You also are given limitations on use (and expected to follow a Sail Plan) based on the CYA categorization on degree of skill.

For Fleet canoe you are expected to provide your own paddles and lifejacket and safety kit.

1 Q: I am interested in keeping my sailboat at your club?
A: We currently have space for sailboats and depending on the size we offer: dry sail (for boats less than 24ft with single keel lift points); swing moorings for boats less than 24 ft and 4ft draft; and 3 point moorings for larger boats (upto 34ft LOA X 11ft Beam x 6ft draft).

2 Q: I am interested in keeping my catamaran at your club ?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow catamarans. The breakwater that surrounds the club often results in a leeshore, this makes it difficult to tackout (and run in) during blows from the prevailing summer winds.

1 Q: I am interested in keeping my canoe at your club?
A: We currently have a waiting list for new canoe members.  If still interested, please contact our club manager,  clubmanager7@tscc.net to be placed on the waiting list for 2010/2011 season.  Outrigger canoeing is being actively developed at the club so priority is being given to OC-1 canoe storage.

A-  The club currently has no more room for dragon boats, however new team members can contact the club's dragon boat representative : Nancy Hamilton, info@canadianseniordragonboatclub.com For dragon boating you must first belong to a CSDC team or be on a team willing to function under the CSDC and they will combine the TS&CC membership process with their own.
