Repair the damaged skirts for the docks, for installation next weekend.
This is also an available work hours project, if anyone would like to put some hours in over the winter to complete this task, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. The skirts are already sorted, and on the patio waiting repairs.
The use of hand tools, and some power tools will be required. Familiarity with both would be beneficial, but not required. Please bring safety glasses, and gloves. Some lifting will be involved.
Install all of the dock skirting on the East and West Docks.
Please bring gloves, knee pads are also a good idea. Installation of the dock skirts requires the ability to lift, and be able to bend over. The skirts are installed from the dock, and lowered into place by hand.
All cradles to be in their summer storage location, at the rear of the property behind the vanguard shed, by the end of the day.
If volunteers are needed, we can change this to a member event, and have people sign up, like the work weekends are setup.
Clean up debris in Dry sail parking lot along the concrete retaining walls, around the dry sail crane, and around the dumpsters.
Clean up the back of the Center Parking lot, remove any boats not participating in the Ice Breaker Regatta.
Alternate date for installing the dock skirting.
Preparation of the club dinghies for the sailing courses.

The Canadian Olympic Classes regatta takes place on the Saturday & Sunday of the May long weekend.
More correctly known as the Canadian Olympic Classes Regatta, the Ice Breaker has been held at TS&CC on the May long weekend every year since 1970. Lasers, 420s, 49ers and more compete on Lake Ontario in this first event of the season.

AHMEN RACING is a series of six Saturday or Sunday races, which begins on August 12, 2018 and is completed on September 30, 2018.
The Club is hosting a private event from 5:00pm to 12:00am (Midnight).
The bar/Dining room/Snug and Patio will be closed to members.
The washrooms will be still be available for member use.
