The three Toto floor mounted tank toilets in the woman’s washroom need to be renewed!

• Verify water levels in tank are correct at the float. Replace float assembly as required
• Thorough plunging to ensure there are no clogs
• Ensure flush holes are open and functioning
• Verify flapper is sealing and functioning well. Replace as required
• Ensure flush handles are attached and functional. Replace as required
• Acquire and attach bolts to tank lids when finished

Two people are required for 6 hours over two afternoon or evenings, with familiarity with tank toilet operations a real asset

We need to keep the toilets operational while the renewal is happening, so working one at a time and juggling with demands is necessary
